Nutrition

Our meals are freshly prepared each day by our dedicated and experienced children's chefs. We thoroughly believe that healthy eating in the early years lays the foundation for a continued healthy lifestyle. Our menus are carefully planned to includes lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meat and wholegrain starchy foods. The menus are rotated on a 4-week basis and are adapted to each season throughout the year.
All meals are freshly prepared on-site by our qualified in-house chefs in our 5-star hygiene rated kitchen.

As part of our initial and ongoing care arrangements, we take specific note of a wide range of dietary needs and our chefs keep daily records of children attending the nursery and their needs.
