Biography

My name is Guzal and I joined EDG Nursery in September 2025 as Interim Assistant Manager and Baby Room (Lily Floor) Leader, bringing with me over five years of experience in early years education.

In 2025, I achieved Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) - Level 6, which further strengthened my understanding of child development, high-quality teaching and learning, assessment, and inclusive practice within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

At EDG Nursery, I work closely with the management and senior leadership team to ensure children receive high-quality education alongside strong and effective operational practice. As the Lily Floor Room Leader, I support the team in their day-to-day practice, ensuring babies are cared for in a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that supports their individual development and wellbeing.
