If you have a concern or would like to raise a formal complaint, we encourage you to speak with a member of the management team in the first instance. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, a formal complaint can be submitted using the form below.

All concerns and complaints are taken seriously, handled sensitively, and managed in line with our Complaints Policy. Feedback helps us to reflect, improve, and maintain high-quality provision for children and families.
